Safety Always Comes First
Our primary goal is to protect our employees, the public and our clients. Safety is achieved through ongoing training and inspections, far above and beyond state requirements. In fact, Harris & Heavener employs a full-time safety director dedicated to training employees, maintaining a damage prevention program, and inspecting worksites on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Comprehensive in-house safety training programs are led by a trainer certified in OSHA standards. Every Harris & Heavener team member receives OSHA 10 certification, first aid and CPR training while each supervisor additionally completes OSHA 30 certification.
Quality Counts on Every Project
Poor workmanship can lead to costly outages and downtime. Our goal is to provide the highest quality work that keeps our clients coming back and to ensure that any issues or complaints are addressed and handled in a professional manner.
All employees are trained to client specifications and industry standards including N.E.S.C. and Telcordia specs. Job sites and projects are frequently monitored to ensure quality and to eliminate delays.
Productivity Keeps Us Moving Forward
Productivity means ensuring that we meet client’s expectations and deadlines. Our field superintendents prescreen every job site. From permitting to traffic control, the superintendents take care of the preplanning and upfront work to ensure a seamless project integration and finalization for our customers.
This preparation helps to ensure workflow is not interrupted and eliminates any roadblocks to project success. Our process contributes to safer worksites and more efficient project completion. We strive to keep our clients’ projects on schedule and on budget by completing each step of the process in timely manner.
